高雄Lucius 高雄Lucius 休息不到10小時就要繼續跑45K,事前就一直告誡自己絕對不能跑快,看能不能在410以內回來。前面10K算是沒有超速太多,11~20K原本預計用5:20的速度順順跑就好,也還算沒有超標太多,但後面還是發生了意想不到的情形。
今天的天氣和昨天一樣極熱,幸好太陽偶爾會被雲給遮住,有短暫的時光稍作喘息,但原本計畫的21~30K的5:25~5:30以及31~40K的5:35~5:40完全破功!21~30K雖然小爆,但有前面的超速來彌補,所以整體而言尚可接受;31~40K則逐漸進入腳無力的狀態,速度不由自主地慢下來,心想:再怎麼掉速至少415總能回到終點吧!
最後的5K——正確來說應該是5.8K——完全擊垮了我的癡人說夢!腳步沈重到快要抬不起來、小腿出現抽筋症狀也就算了,最後三四個紅綠燈還被擋下來,偏偏每個紅燈都將近一分鐘之久;更悲慘的是,我完全沒料到還有額外的那800m!雖然使出蠻荒之力狂衝,最後還是殘念!
