健康平安完賽
第一次跑超馬能完賽還蠻感動的!
這個賽事真的很硬
前面20K連續上坡,正常用跑的,
太陡才走一下,
後面7K下坡衝的很開心
衝到3.5K時兩腳一直抽差點抽筋,
順利到折返點後吃飽喝足
開始全程走完死亡7K陡坡
剩下20K後吃了跑友提供止痛藥後
原本想順順跑完就好,
就在剩下18K時
評估一小時9K就能跑進8小時內
目標既然定了
就堅持努力的跑回來
