和去年03:56相比,真的是退步太多。
世事總是難料,從沒想到一向強健的左膝,竟然在30公里前外側開始疼痛,腦中閃過的第一個念頭:ITB?髂脛束摩擦症候群?
幾年前右膝的痛苦經驗又浮現腦海,開始意識到後面的12公里將是一場災難。當下採取走跑策略,走200跑200公尺看能撐多久,實在不行只能全步行到終點。一開始到35公里還勉強撐住,之後左髖關節裡的大轉子竟也開始疼痛,這部位非同小可,只好加長走的距離,再縮短跑的時間。
在終點前4公里處被430列車趕上,列車長好心的鼓勵我再跑起來,想想也剩沒多遠,長痛不如短痛,就忍跟上他們的6分速,在1.5公里前還是下了車,用龜速慢慢蹭到終點。
嚴格來說,這場賽事受了傷影響成績,算是GG了,3月萬金石恐怕也得考慮放棄。
賽後評分: 寄物車結束時間太快,應視現場狀況彈性延長時間;出發點要設置廁所。
