今天是第2次跑光橋夜跑去年是跑半馬今年想說赤足跑跑看 但是人算不如天算就在前一個禮拜日右腳踝出現問題害的我一個星期都不敢赤足跑在加上也不敢跑快每天都龜速的慢慢跑來做調整 還好在路跑當天還怕腳傷在跑步中又痛了我就會選擇放棄 結果讓我最高興的不是我能完賽爾是我跑完腳傷沒有復發
在這次期使不算太熱前半馬還算是級格後半馬就跑得很痛苦了 又加上跑道36公里左右先是右腳抽筋當時真的倒地不起才趕快做伸展之後就雙腳輪流抽筋只要一用力就抽筋 這是我跑馬以來的第一次抽筋真的痛苦啊 所以真的每次路跑都有不同的收穫也要有所成長才行 加油!
