東京馬拉松
從前一天的台場Tokyo Big Sight報到,當天的寄物卡車、跑者匯流到各起跑分區、沿途補給站(香蕉和蕃茄都是品質超讚)、廁所標示提醒(隔開人群的路線、專人指引廁位),到終點各物資發放,休息區並引導至火車站,一切井然有序,沒有一個地方是不順的,跑得舒服愉快,別的跑友應該都已經分享夠多了,當然沿途熱情的加油民眾,提供的補給食物(我吃了一塊厚切豬排三明治),我只能說,我跑過了東京馬,享受了一個高規格世界級的賽事,讓我的馬拉松人生多添一份驚喜!
不過正式賽事,我還是認真努力的跑,只是因流感休息了近兩個月的時間,加上左腳踝的痛點在3公里就發作,右小腿也隱隱快抽筋,後半馬幾乎都是拖著沉重的步伐死撐完賽,回來網路查了一下成績,每5公里都有紀錄,這一趟,值得!
