第三次LSD,原本明早才要跑,怕太晚起床,剛好晚上沒事,乾脆就先跑,第一次在操場跑到12點,跑到操場剩兩三隻貓 XD
一樣再25~28K遇撞牆亂流,加上水喝太多,一直想吐
在掙扎中跑完,第一次自主LSD推到32K,真不敢相信我會在操場練LSD,不過這樣補給挺方便的
平地很難忘記速度,如果再慢點撞牆應該會延後吧
跑完小腿有夠酸
看來比賽當天配七分速慢慢玩比較不累吧 XD
