今天狀況不好,有點不想跑,因為,星期五凌晨2:00開始至星期六凌晨4:00睡不到8小時,星期六下午補了一些眠,但是仍然感覺不夠,還好不用很早起床,早上起床小腿有些緊,想說今天穿小黃丫拖跑,盡量就好,所以一開跑就壓速度,不能暴衝,維持5分速直到25km後,應該是開始熱了,開始掉速度,到了31km左小腿居然抽筋,還好小抽而已,只好降速跑,過了32km阿泰超越我,我要叫他,可是累了,阿泰回頭叫我,我說我累了跑不動了,我叫他繼續跑不用理我,到了補給站,終於有水可以降溫,有肌樂可以噴小腿,我原本想在這場破PB的,因為睡眠不足只好放棄,可是沒有想到丫拖的第二馬居然只差1分多,就可以破PB。這次除了左小腿抽筋,腳底只有些微的水泡,算好了。
