跟著好友團一起來到奮起湖,9點多到達時,怕下午下雨不能爬山,決定著裝先爬大凍山去,12:30吃完午餐,大夥在13:30出發練跑,出發時跟在高手旁邊,一邊請益、一邊學習,傳授很多經驗給我,沿著嘉155縣道從16k處至10k回頭(都是下坡),我的體重比較重下坡跑比較快,還能跟上一些些,想說今天因該不難混過才是,回頭後都是上坡,開始遠遠被甩在後面,自己也跑得喘呼呼,調息不順(長坡5k多),好像要爆掉一樣,只能放棄跟高手學習的機會,自己顧自己的生命,這樣來回跑2趟,真是值得回味的練跑
