奮起湖第二天訓練,決定不跟高手一起出發跑,遠遠被甩在後面,還在耳邊迴繞,告訴自己只能遠看,不能近焉(奄奄一息),從17.5k多出發至10k回頭。先上坡1.5k多再下坡5k多,跑起來舒服多了。這2天訓練下來,不一樣就是不一樣,強度夠、只是自己跑的距離不足,跑完後感覺身體通暢,任督有被高手影響打通一樣,希望在往後賽事上能展現成果出來。
