今天晚上的目標就放在要輕鬆跑~前面5k 陪學校的田徑老師和他同梯的朋友一起跑,後來老師要提早離開所以就配合他的速度跑,有稍微超過設定的區間。
6k左右 Vickie下班過來加入,一群人就開始LDS和LSD,原本到15k時想下車休息,想到下午有說要多跑10k … 減肥,那就喝了二口水再來跟…總算是撐超過20k 心滿意足的休息 ^_^
