12月中手部脫臼手術後休跑了6週,跑步的人都知道6週心肺肌力可以退步多少。後來臨時抱佛腳練了幾週,就比賽了。
第一次來跑台北的大比賽,幾萬人的賽事竟然只有一排廁所。還沒排到就鳴槍起跑了,後來也沒上廁所,又延誤了兩三分鐘起跑,有點影響了我開始的心情與配速。到了中途也花了時間去廁所,這是第一次在比賽去廁所。後來回程逆風,體力下滑,自知破4無望,後面幾公里就隨便跑跑了。賽道很擠,這種比賽體驗一次就不會想再來了。
跑前就感冒,回家後覺得疲倦不堪,原來是發燒,算了,應該不用自我檢討了,跑完就不錯了。
