| 真的是"慢"步在雲端...是說最近從櫻花馬到石碇馬跟今天的太平山馬都讓我很崩潰啊!
這爬升尤其在今年改先下後上的路線以後,在逛完翠峰湖之後折返回程的上坡真的是完完全全讓我崩潰了,更慘的是我居然一路打瞌睡爬坡,只有補給站能讓我清醒片刻,連旁邊不認識的跑友還以為我要昏倒了,哈哈
