酷熱的天氣,加上訓練不足,所以早早就爆掉,補給站沒有運動飲料,只好喝檸檬鹽巴水止渴,但有一站竟無水可喝,幸好有熱心跑友把水分給大家喝,揪感心!總結,下次路跑一定要記得帶錢。
