當初被推坑報這場馬,跑完還在後悔。參加人不多,補給也普通,後面四個水站,竟然已沒運動飲料,反應後,在最後一個水站終於補給上。途中,進去四家甘媽店補給,厚。
今天身體狀況真是不優,腰及左髖骨仍是酸麻不適,15K就慢下來,30K後,難受的真想放棄,阿計追上來,就陪我跑跑走走回終點。跑馬以來,很少感覺這麼累的。
