| 今天的北大12hr超馬賽真是很戲劇的一天,一到會場發現跑褲與與習慣穿得跑衣沒到,時間已經不可能再回台北拿了,透過 毛球 聯絡,還好 趙士翔 準備了三件,借一件好穿的跑褲檔著,衣服則穿備用的跑衣。
一開跑穩穩壓住五分速,到42公里一個全馬的距離還能hold住,但50公里前去上了一個廁所,之後速度就掉很多,跑著跑著,雖然沒抽筋,出汗也正常,飲食也都吃得下,但不斷出現棄賽的念頭,50公里跑04:20,70公里左右先摔了一跤,人沒怎樣,接著因為胃很不舒服,自己挖吐了一輪,排除這狀況,朋友都以為我沒法跑了。
100公里約10:10,算算時間需要再跑五圈,才有可能達到117公里的國家標準,這是這場的主要目的,於是最後兩小時全力拚搏,很抱歉這時朋友跟我打招呼我都不太理人。
晚上六點鐘鳴槍結束這場12小時賽,北大一圈2.97公里,共跑39圈,外加最後知道達標了,而跑走的一小段距離,最後以118.244公里達到國家選手標準,M45的死亡之組獲得分組三的殊榮,第一次拿到比賽獎金1000元,很爽很爽!
