初百KM順利完赛!!
感謝元翔兄、勝雄同學及跑友們的鼓勵,也感謝建成兄的提醒及鼓勵,果然,每遇到爬坡,我就當步兵,原本預計12小時內完赛,霸特,小弟最近在服用中藥,這帖藥會令我全身無力感,肚子容易餓,所以,能在13小時內完成就阿彌陀佛了。
沿途的補給站,站站停,吃喝都來,只是,吃多了點,喝多了點,胃食道逆流就來,只好停下來走走,再繼續跑,到最後2公里,看看時間還很多,兩腳很痠,就走一段,到最後800M左右,再跑起来進終點。
順便一提,初百KM跟初馬比起來,初馬比較痛苦乀。
