今天又是一週的long run,一樣跑清湶寺。今天也是跑26.30km左右,還好這次回程經過警察局進去補水,不然只帶一瓶600ml的水可能跑不回來,回程的大上坡大腿快炸裂了,還好最後有跑完^_^
