日本東北一回來就跑到屏東跑馬拉松,耐熱能力完全失效,對於南部的豔陽一點皮條都沒有,一晒就死。幸好參加的是人人稱讚的阿里港馬拉松,一路密集的水站和冰塊救了我一命,用小寶特瓶裝冰水每五百公尺就淋一些在身上降溫,順利慢慢蹭回終點。。。
賽後評分: 超級棒的比賽經驗,無懈可擊,跑完的感想只有幸福兩個字可以形容。
希望每年都可以去阿里港跑馬拉松。
