撐到40Km 換鞋後 還可以小跑
但60Km 感覺腳底超痛
有不祥的預感

於是收工
這次比賽有點過於隨便
導致 無法順利完賽
1.)明知道會下雨 防水措施卻沒錯好
沒帶凡士林 起跑前 沒先貼透氣膠帶
馬拉松戰襪只有帶到一隻而已><
2.)雖說 腳底有血泡
但以前的自己 卻會硬撐完
尤其這次又幫人配速
是自己已經跑完兩次了
導致心態感覺有無完賽無所謂了嗎?!
