今天跑竹北遠東新世紀馬拉松,陪視障運動員棠哥跑,感覺他長課不夠,所以打算以6'/K速度完成,但30K後他明顯慢下來,他食GEL後完全感覺不到有幇助,我改為給他吃豆沙鍋餅、香蕉、香腸等等實實在在的填飽肚子,果然有效,回復6'/K,但36K他大腿抽筋了,慢慢跑來完成,結果4:59:21完成。他拿了百馬普查網的十馬獎後,竟然雄心壯志,將人生的15個馬拉松改為30,我暈了!棠哥已經63歲了,這個是夢想多過是理想啊!
