| 跑步沒有奇蹟,只有累積
去年參加五分山半馬賽,在賽前跟著團練,很紮實的練跑四個月,今年挑戰全馬,在賽前兩個月斷斷續續的練跑,果然跑出最長時間的全馬.......
賽前誤判路線高度圖,加上大姨媽提前來陪跑,以為到山頂就是21Km, 所以逢補給站必進,還上兩次廁所,見到跑友也哈拉,殊不知半馬後才是上山的大陡坡,配速完全失策,回程也就盡力跑吧!
很高興的是雖然跑在最後,但是並不孤獨,沿途仍有許多堅持跑完的跑友,相互打氣,紮實的跑完全程~
感謝大會放寬關門時間,辛勞的大會工作人員/志工和攝影大哥大姐們,對跑在最後的選手,仍然守住崗位...
感謝一早準備早餐和咖啡的育巧,雖然妳因為腳傷棄賽,仍在會場等候迎接大家回終點
感謝阿文專車接送到會場、文智帶來汐慢小旗子,Ryan幫我討了老書留給Wendell的啤酒,謝謝Wendell承讓.....
想想這場都可以跑七個多小時,若是不計里程,體力似乎能夠繼續跑下去~~~耳邊響起Erica妹妹說的十小時鎮西堡.......
