第一次參加自助超馬之大湖新中橫超馬,一早起床睡過頭,沿路飆車到大湖酒庄超過06:30已起跑,準備就緒起跑已慢了20分鍾,沿臺3線往仙山方向跑,右轉要上仙山約6k上坡,啟動走路模式好不容易總算到達仙山接受大會豐富的補給,繼續往南庄方向跑了約5k右轉往苗栗新中橫前進,一開始又來了3k陡死人不償命的超陡坡又加上高溫曝曬想當然爾又走很大直到泰安隧道內涼風吹來有點不想出隧道,但還有約20k要跑出隧道後馬上又有大會補給喝了啤酒仙草茶後一路大都是下坡往大湖前進經過泰安溫泉區、清安豆腐街、雪霸遊客中心轉臺3線終於到終點完成這高溫超馬
