| 熊大復仇記....
去年的這個時候,剛練跑半年多,
在初馬前受了傷,ITBS跑了就痛,
初馬與第二馬帶著傷只能慢跑及慢走,
後來雙腿輪流中了ITBS,
也放棄了葫蘆墩跟日月潭賽事,
半年多來終於恢復了,
這1場之前除了陪達菲熊跑初半馬,
還有跟佩珊喇低塞跑21k,
因為是1個月前突然多了這一場名額,
所以也沒啥時間在練習了,
今天在經過終點時,
大會計時鐘是459,個人是456,
我眼眶竟然濕濕的,
去年初馬立下的破5目標,
整整過了一年,腿好了才達成,
雖然這次沒準備好就去跑全馬,
還有昨夜一整夜沒睡,
還是作到了,開心,
豐慢的補給真好,竟然有牛肉 羊肉湯 啤酒,
哈,還有春夏真的不宜跑全馬,
不耐熱的我,覺得悶爆
