懶懶地慢慢跑,我發現可能從富邦馬之後的小傷才剛復原,然後前幾天莫名其妙的腹部肌肉痛,今天跑起來就是提不起勁,就慢慢跑吧!
** (後記) 跑完回家之後,才發現四頭肌外測接近膝蓋的部位開始發生疼痛,上下樓梯時會特別疼痛,懷疑是肌腱發炎,趕緊冰敷,再貼肌內效,兩天後症狀稍稍解除,須小心,看來2/8的台北渣打馬是不能跑了。
