自煮半馬健康跑...後腳跟碰地即痛,跑一陣子感覺不到痛了...到甜甜圈跟阿北阿婆們一起跑,場上人越來越多,不得不在人群中穿梭,有位阿桑耐力夠持久,我從6點起跑就看到她已經在繞操場,跑完半馬休息一陣還在繞啊繞不停,不得不佩服這位厲害的阿桑!
