日期: 2020-11-20 21:00 - 地點: 冬山河親水公園 - 天氣: 雨 - 平均心率: 148 - 卡路里: 9279 Cal - 溫度: 24°C - 濕度: 98% 彰化阿尼 冬山河在去年初百mile後 就封mile了 哪知人算不如主辦單位算 年度目標高雄24H 竟然不要辦了 心情鬱悶下 只好再次挑戰百mile解悶吧! 當天氣象報告90%短暫陣雨 可2級風 氣溫二十來度 整體來說還好 雨衣可備而不穿
第一趟雨停了 跑起來好舒服 第二趟微雨不斷 可這樣不冷不熱 更舒服 第三趟大小雨勢一起來 身體開始冷起來 第四趟 均速六分速不保 第五趟完 較去年快十來分鐘 越跑身體越冷 感到無力 回會場趕緊吃熱食暖暖身 後來第六趟到第八趟 睡意中渡過 第九趟天漸漸亮 等待這時刻 讓心態更堅定 第十趟最難熬 第十一趟 破12小時里程佳績 之後五趟 每跑完一趟 壓力減少一點 到最末趟時 完全不留戀 只想盡快完賽 因實在太艱辛 最後半趟漸漸加速 心滿意足破佳績衝回終點
整體而言 賽道較歷年來縮短一半 增加趟數 不用跑那20K中段難熬的10K 在補給上也方便 對選手有利 可惜氣候不佳 對我不利 不適合在冷天跑超馬 百mile十六趟 我就上了14次小號 下雨天一趟水喝不到百ml 可為何就是想小號 因沒汗可流 加上光喝雨水就好了 不愁沒水喝
去年在補給上及瑣碎雜事上 浪費太多時間 今年有好好檢討及規劃 可惜的事 今年跑到有點失溫 第五趟每趟後 進補給站吃熱食 花了不少時間 當跑到第12趟後 發現已有姿勢性低血壓後 就不敢亂降身 避免不適感加重 至於賽前擔心的左腳掌發炎 及右腳背旁肌腱發炎 在50K後有感覺 不過也還好 沒太多疼痛感 一路上陪伴著雙腿酸感 一起忍著跑完賽
當賽前練足 賽時就不要亂想好好跑 尤其是超馬 想越多心情越阿雜 傻傻呆呆地跑就好 也不要想追人 或擔心被人追 一般要追我的 我都讓他追 沒到最後關頭不亂加速 追久了還沒刷我卡的 都會自爆自動跳車 心態穩了自然能跑好(在淋了17小時之久的雨,沒想到在搭接駁車前,竟然雨停了) 賽前宣言: 百麥拼進步獎 賽後評分: 1.全台唯一百mile,IAU認證賽事。
