| 這天氣舒服,前半馬和智佑聊跑馬趣,跑得很平穩,在约20K進站淋水後,就一直保持约300公尺距離追不到!
進成功嶺後真的有回到20年前的回憶,大集合場依舊超大,成功嶺之歌邊播放著,心都熱血了管它的爬坡,沈浸在當年操得要死不活的畫面。那500障礙場和單兵戰鬥訓練地、虎威雄獅幹訓班,看得人有點回到年輕的自己,太棒了。
下成功嶺就知道這場没問題了,约8K的下坡很好跑的,约40K超車女總三,但後來红燈被擋2次,她賣命衝出搶車道,我們一同被擋的6~7人都傻眼,325雖沒達成,但也順利完成了,盡力但不拚命的。😅😅😅
