今天是二百馬紀念賽,非常榮幸香港樂華長跑會會長方德信先生沿途陪跑,並且給我聊天、鼓勵、分享長跑心得,衷心感謝! 也有台灣跑友葉斯科的陪跑,真的感謝! 太陽曬得很熱,後半程真的沒氣力了,跑的越來越慢,幸好有方會長鼓勵,終於完成了!
