| 可能睡眠不足讓我心律一直過高,一直感到心臓不舒服,上坡大部份用走的,到了下坡跑到心律一高有感就馬上停下步行,稍恢復又繼續跑!所以……以後賽前真的要有充足的睡眠。
但是當天因為步行,所以和一些不認識的跑友有機會聊天,其中一位光是和我一起小跑下坡就提醒我姿勢上要修改的地方,很感激,果然昨天下來,膝蓋完全没有疲勞感!
回程宇老前的補给站只剩水,途中阿和騎機車出現提供私補,喝下冰涼蠻牛,真的是及時雨,當時感到餓,心想既然没辧法跑快,至少要吃飽一些,所以在宇老駐足和Qimi、小藍他們一起吃傳說中的臭豆腐,吃完不過癮再去買香腸,突然有人拿一根香腸説,小姐請你吃,我跟他說……我、我要2支,哈哈,他應該感覺遇到土匪了,大家笑成一團,拍照留念,聽説是麗山長跑的會長,謝謝你的補给!
