| 熱呼呼的天氣,前10公里仍能維持每公里五分多的速度,但之後就每況愈下啦,熱到跑沒幾步心跳就飆升到一百七十幾,動不動就一百五十幾下,第一次跑到感覺到又餓又想睡,應該是有中暑的現象吧><。乖乖地降速、步行,最終以5個半小時完賽。這場的心得就是:五月以後的比賽還是報名半馬就好呀! 賽前宣言: 追著飛機跑 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~138 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 138~155 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 155~161 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 161~170 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 170~175 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為175 點此去設定最大心率 |
