環島跑步自主訓練第570天之2,跑三校實際跑走紀錄!
起跑的時候遇到小曹,閒聊了一下,沒多久就出發了,大家都跑超級快的,今天目標是330-345完賽!因為知道自己的訓練量不夠,要跑進330以內是有點困難的,再加上有上下坡的關係,所以一開始都盡量跑在5分左右!
出發沒多久,有飄些毛毛細雨,陸續遇到眾多跑友,順吉哥、明賢、昌易哥、嘉珮姐、黃大、雨津哥、家福哥、燕冠姐、漢榮哥、芳誌..........等等,諸多跑友都錯身而過的為彼此加油!
第2次出發跑往中正預校時,就自爆了,腳有如千斤萬斤重,跑出步校時,順吉哥跑在一起,問我的狀況,我回答很不理想,但是就順順的跑完吧!
繞行一圈出中正預校回程,遇到了河馬,真的好久沒一起跑步了,兩個人錯身經過,互相加油,剩下7公里左右,明賢在爬坡追上我,接著就換我跟不上他了,後來在最後的3公里處,順吉哥抽筋,我停下來關心,也藉機休息,順吉哥說沒問題,先跑,我就慢慢拖著腳步,跑回終點去了,後面的3公里真的是痛苦萬分,最後以晶片時間3小時45分40秒完成比賽,盡力了,就沒有遺憾!
實際測得距離為42.784公里,算是很精確了!
