起跑前因為排比較後面,出拱門時已花了7分鐘左右,接下來5公里,人擠人,到了14公里,全馬半馬分流,人潮才稍稍疏緩,過了30公里,老毛病又開始了,小腿開始抽筋,這個問題好像也無解了,沿路補給好像沒看到鹽,中間有一站,應該是私人補給,喝了2杯啤酒,交管做的不錯,沒有因紅燈被攔,除了補給稍弱外,大致上還不錯。
