這種陰雨又冷的天氣,真的很容易產生放棄外出跑步的念頭;但想想明年的鎮西堡也有可能也是這種天氣,還是勉強起來練練吧!
幸好今天狀況還不會太差,即使在15C氣溫下淋雨,也不會感覺冷,只不過已經使出全力的跑,還是未能進到sub4,但確是生平第一場跑贏女總一ㄟ。
