環島跑步自主訓練第478天,今天很多跑團都到泛月集合練跑,包含主場地的蘭潭跑跑部以及北回,很開心跟大家一起小跑一段,後面跟著昌易哥、小沛、群翰、建成、大發一起跑今天規劃的路線,後來才知道是何峯練跑的私人路線,挺棒的,而且有上下坡,也是不錯的挑戰路線!
