跑了那麼多次
總算是跑到了中華路才折返~
算是從周五開始到現在 72小時和小孩子黏在一起~
中間去泳池兩趟,但都把時間陪小孩子練水性~
也是期待那天~可以和他們在大池前後暢游 ^^
放給自己2個多小時的假
越跑雨越大~ 但還算跑得順暢~
到了14k補給一下~
右腳踝部位痠痠的~ (有感覺是練不夠的疲憊點提早=.=)
耐熱午跑~
體力有練有差~跑緩上坡好爽~
但是長距離真的要抽時間練~只求肌耐力呀~
