今天去內湖上軟體的教育訓練,所以早一點回家,再一次嘗試赤腳跑步,可能是皮鞋不夠厚,中足部分左右兩腳各有一顆大水泡,只能忍痛跑完預定計畫.再回家去修復一下皮鞋囉! 感覺晚上跑比較不會口渴ㄌㄝ,跑完才喝水,讚喔!
