這個是我在香港渣打馬拉松以外的第一個海外全馬。而且是和細佬一起第一次參加。大家都很感動! 賽前根本無法想像得到日本民眾對馬拉松比賽如何的熱烈支持,由手抱的小朋友到七、八十歲的老太太都一大早走到街上來為跑手說"干爸嗲",並主動伸手與參賽者撃掌以示支持。而且仲要係全條賽道。除了大會準備的清水、電解飲品、香蕉、車厘茄、橙、朱古力、鹽糖等,民眾亦為跑手遞上自製麵包、糖果、可樂、啤酒、冷麵等等,多不勝數。賽道風光景色亦是非常漂亮。實在是一次難忘的經歷。
今次原以為可以在3hr30min 內完成,因為30km只用了2hr30min,但未料到在32km後左膝蓋外側有撕裂的痛楚,只好減速和就住來跑。很幸運最終仍可克服痛楚跑到终點,比渣打快了兩分鐘。
很感動的一個比賽,我想我仍會繼續參加未來在日本舉辦的馬拉松比賽! ^.^
