環島跑步自主訓練第339天之2,渣打馬全馬路線實際跑步!
起跑後,跟著人群跑出去!咳嗽+濕冷,跑起來真是難過至極,跑到12公里左右,上了行動廁所!簡直是救了我!
跑到20公里時,跟自己預測的100分不差多少!但是在繞行河濱公園的時候!開始身體產生失溫的現象!
先是頭昏,接著手腳發麻,再加上感冒未痊癒,只要一加速就咳嗽,到了25公里左右,決定放棄追逐預定的成績,順利完賽就好!跑到36公里時,停下來咳了好久,一度引來醫護人員騎著摩托車關切,剩下的6公里,跑跑走走,最後剩下2公里,勉強拖著搖晃的身體,努力的看著終點邁進!最後,拉開超馬大旗進終點!

痛苦至極的一場比賽!但也是收穫最多的一場比賽,感謝超馬團團員的協助和幫忙!沒有你們,我想我應該會跑得更加倍的辛苦!
