昨天12點多被我家後面鄰居的洗衣機吵醒,害我後來都沒怎麼睡,一起床真疲勞,脖子微酸,頭微暈,反正精神不好,本目標想跑430,結果許大哥叫我前面10K衝55分,20K衝115,結果28K開始我就小腿越來越酸越來越疲勞,啊!我撞牆了,哪會這樣,只好越跑越慢,這次也是沒抽筋的完賽,聽到別人每次跑都抽筋,感覺很恐怖,希望下次比賽再進步也能繼續保持不抽筋,加油
