學校校慶拖到下午兩點半才結束(家長和我很有話聊這樣)
飆車去竹北碰運氣參賽 還是來不及跟著準時開跑
整個過程 自己跑的亂七八糟
10K破PB 結果就是後面爆的慘西西

好在整個比賽辦的不錯 原以為繞圈賽很無聊
但音樂放的很好聽 會跟著歌詞唱歌
會跟著節奏加速(配速亂的罪魁禍首) 尤其在放姐姐和五月天的歌的時候!!!
工作人員熱情加上補給很方便
(參加的人不多品質也比較好控管)
200元這樣感覺很划算!!! 不需要什麼紀念衣和毛巾(家的擺的都長灰了)
回規運動的本質 開開心心簡簡單單就很滿足
跑完2.4H覺得有點不夠
下次可以考慮6H賽 等練夠再說~~~
