起跑因換了個水壺腰包,搞得滿頭汗(還是用舊的習慣),5K前緩跑,5K後略略提速,一路逆光跑,跑得有點不清醒,至9K(麥帥一橋)折返,緩走補水補energy in(半包過期3個月)後,清醒過來(七星山看得很清楚),一路跑到12K,再緩走補水,過大直橋(15K)後就一路降速緩跑,今天跟上周比較,溫度略高1-2度,但辛苦感增加不少。
