8/31北海道馬拉松包辦很多第一次 第一次中暑 第一次請求救援 第一次用水倒在頭上 第一次當步兵走好幾公里的路! 比賽當天真的爆熱,正中午的比賽(9AM-2PM),前面30k自不量力用6分速,留的大量汗水馬上把精力全部用盡,開始大降速,30初就開始用走的,到39k身體不適到完全走不動,口乾到極限,好像要吐,一度連走的沒辦法走,還好騎單車的救援隊路過,給我們一罐難喝到極點的營養液體和水,才讓我可以繼續走下去(大感恩)! 完賽了 虛脫了 睽違兩年後這種快死的感覺又來了一次 但這次更深刻了好多...看到終點一堆人躺在地上一動也不動,真想加入他們的行列!在飯店足足躺三個小時,不過晚上出門買東西上下樓梯都沒問題,腳一點也不酸,可怕的太陽吃了我全部的體力,上了一門很貴的跑步課!PB這個東東還是留給冬天破好了! 結論就是 砍掉重練!!!
