終於知道“撞牆”是什麼情況~~~~27km被(4:30)配速員追上,跟了上去(感覺上受的住,還有15k~4小時30完賽應該沒問題)### 30k的時候配速員進了補級站,我不需要先獨跑了,結果31k的時候配速員又追上我了,ˊ這時候狀況發生了,勉強跟上大腿開始抽筋(身體狀況已經無法控制)~剩下“意志力”撐完11k(速度跟走路差不多🥴)
