| 4月份選擇報名人生第一場初馬,選擇的是大家有口皆碑的賽事台南星光馬,7月份果然是暑假昨天一到台南就熱死人,下午4點準時起跑萬人盛況空前啊,跑進安平工業區後真的是烤肉,10km就看到黃檸檬吐著舌頭超前跑過去了,無遮蔽狀態下根本是煎熬,前半馬就花了3小時,賽前設定5:30-6小時當目標結果氣溫真的是殺死人,後半馬幾乎都在當步兵跑跑走走最後關門前10分鐘滾回終點,夏天真的不適合跑全馬啊,而且將近有20%的人落馬真的沒練好不建議直接跑全馬說 賽前宣言: 初馬,希望不要太熱能夠順利完賽~ 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~139 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 139~157 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 157~162 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 162~172 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 172~177 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為177 點此去設定最大心率 |
