| 穿著已經跑過800多公里的老舊Y拖在下雨天跑這場有名的雙膝硬化馬, 失算了.
回程幾乎一路下坡, 應該是可以賺點里程數的大好機會, 但因天雨路滑, 老ㄚ拖每踏一步都會自動地往前滑個幾公分, 嚇得我每一步都得踩煞車...
這次下坡因為得控制不要滑倒, 倒是難得鍛鍊了一次小腿肌, 搞到隔天發生有史以來的鐵腿 (僅小腿肌, 大腿沒事)... 呵呵..
下次下雨天的山路馬, 還是得乖乖地穿上正常跑鞋才行 賽後評分: 1. 主辦很用心, 志工很親切
