| 初百K,今日體感不好,跑後感覺,真的是很變態的賽道。坡度太陡,不是一路爬坡走走走,就是一路下坡戰戰兢兢怕傷到膝蓋,最後半馬從宇老下來就是如此,7.2分速走走跑跑完成,被100位以上跑者刷過,好悶。但看到很多跑者還真的膝蓋傷到了仍硬撐求完賽,覺得很不適當,這場賽事,還真的是要練過練透才跑百K為宜。走太多就不像路跑,想要像路跑感覺,除非多練跑山,月跑量還要至少過350K才能輕鬆完賽。
100K報名約1100人,但有250人在40k轉換點轉換成80k賽事,剩860人跑,完賽約600人,250人被關門,關門比率達29%。女生完賽57人,女漢子超多而且都是美女,這點眼福多。
賽事給14小時,但有多給15分鐘的人攏彈性時間,時間內完成還是發給完賽獎牌及證書。所以,算完賽。小確幸!以後應該不用再跑鎮西堡百K了!
備註:要帶頭燈或手電筒,不然會像我一樣,回程摸黑90分鐘更不好跑。 賽前宣言: 還真是好的跑友帶你上天堂!!🤣
