實在有點懶的跑之繞圈圈半馬......
夏天不適合跑步~"~ 晚上跑還可以那麼悶,
然後我承認過了12K,停下來喝個水後,
就開始偷懶停下來跑半圈走半圈 XD
真是不可取,果然~
跑步一停下來就很不想繼續跑下去啊!!!
這星期是跑一休一,距離速度隨意~
跑了幾週一直在找一個最適合自己練跑模式,
結果最後得到的結論是...躺床上最舒服Orz
看來可能要花很久的時間繼續去尋找了...
