這場其實是有備而來的~
只是約20多K前腳掌起了水泡,但這種錯誤在跑完15K就發出微微疼痛的警訊,通常這種狀況我大部分都會調整跑姿,只是左梨狀肌仍舊隱隱作痛,所以當下決定不予理會,也種下之後一連串的的問題。以跑了30場全馬的老手而言,這算是低級的錯誤...。右前腳掌起水泡後,在跑的過程中我可以感覺到踩在水床上的感覺,沒多久右髖骨劇烈疼痛(應該是水泡導致跑姿改變),但此時還算能跑。最後就是抽筋了,左右大小腿輪番上陣,只好降到5分速甚至6分減緩痛楚。很久沒有這種爆掉的感覺,或許是提醒我面對比賽要有更多的準備,於過程中遇到狀況要及早因應,說了一堆藉口~XD,再加油吧!
