第13馬 2018屏東元旦曙光歡樂馬拉松
本來這場想跑快一點的,但看到歡樂馬後,就覺得慢慢跑就好,於是就和朋友一起跑順便吃東西,一開始跑前7K跑的不快,就是平常練跑速度還快一點而已,和朋友邊跑邊聊天,還跑去上了一次廁所,7K後速度慢慢開始提升,維持5分出頭的速度,進補給站都會稍微停留一下吃東西走一下再跑,就和朋友一路這樣,看來破4有望,但好景不常朋友在35K爆了,因為陪朋友所以沒放生他,就和他一起走走跑跑,又跑去上了一次廁所,越後面朋友狀況越不好,但好在最後還是有Hold住,一起跑回終點,這次的獎牌是一卡通還蠻特別的,而且馬上就可以使用,因為起點是屏東火車站,所以還要座火車回去牽車,雖然美中不足沒破4,但新年第一跑還算成功~~ 賽前宣言: 第13馬 這場是起點跟終點不同的馬拉松,直接從屏東火車站跑到林邊火車站,來去看看~~ 賽後評分: 很新鮮的賽事單趟全馬沒有回到起點,獎牌是一卡通還可以印字,工作人員感覺有點少,好幾個點都是熟面孔的,因為要兼顧2個點,補給很棒又有表演可看,交通有一點問題,火車誤點起跑時間又延遲,還需要更妥善安排一下. 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 128~155 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 155~175 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 175~181 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 181~192 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 192~197 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為197 點此去設定最大心率 |
