今日狀況不佳,應該是上週的雪霸超馬,所殘留的乳酸未排光,跑到第5K時,已感覺雙腳大腿其酸無比,第二個半馬跟本就跑不動,只好開著6分速慢慢龜完!還好有達成自己設定的低標~破4,也小破了自己的PB。
今天原本就是設定PB馬,在此也恭喜華生半馬PB~83分(只差7秒就是82分了,強到爆!恭喜黑鍋全馬PB~323,只有一個小遺憾就是魔拉舊傷復發,只能棄賽,差點就是Homerun了!不過為了慶祝還是把紅酒給開了,大家喝的好高興,然後就此結束了2013年所有的賽事了,明年每個人還是要繼續加油喔!!
